Delivery and dispatch: We make products fresh, so it takes us 2-3 business days to prepare and dispatch your purchase. After which delivery companies takes about 4-7 business days/working days for the door delivery of the product.


Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.


We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from our studio in Ujjain. We currently ship with Delhivery/ Blue dart courier services.


Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and within 48 hours, we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.



Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your undelivered package for redelivery of the package additional fees may apply. Please note delivery charges of RTO packages will not be refunded.



Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.


If you receive a product from us that appears to be wrong product sent, damaged or defective, contact us immediately at We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are helpful and required.

If the shipping box is tempered please don't receive the box connect with us immediately. In case of broken product we need opening video to provide you with the new product.

Note: Bath bombs are fragile products, they are rock solid we make sure to wrap them properly but due to bad handling they might break, in this case, we won’t be able to ship another.

If there is a problem with your order if products are missing please update us in 72Hours otherwise we won't be able to connect shipping services for the same.

We do not accept returns of our products due to the environmental impact of reverse shipping and sanitary reasons! Over 5 billion pounds of waste is created annually due to reverse shipping! We do still want you to be happy with and excited about your purchase, so if you have an issue, please email: All requests will be handled on a case by case basis. 

We strongly encourage you to read our product descriptions, ingredients and care instructions thoroughly and to make well-educated purchasing decisions. If you have any questions, please email us prior to purchasing. Hence we don't accept order cancellations in any case.

For a refund of the product purchase price, Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs but we will happily pay  shipping fees if the delivery is a mistake of Kaura’s (for example, you received a broken or wrong item). For all of our straight sales, you can't return products.

If your order has already been processed for shipment (your shipping label has been created  and the shipping confirmation email has been sent to you), then we will not be able to issue you a refund. The shipping costs will not be refunded in this case either.
